Humanity has Wiped out 60% of Global Wildlife since 1970
Modern day life, aviation and other forms of industrial pollution have resulted in the destruction of 60% of the global animal populations over the last 50 years, according to scientists.
The huge loss of the planet’s wildlife is a tragedy in itself but also threatens the survival of civilization, say the world’s leading scientists. “We are sleepwalking towards the edge of a cliff”
The emergency that now threatens our civilization has ran out of control, with corporate profit system as the main culprit. The new estimate of the massacre of wildlife is made in a major report produced by WWF and involving 59 scientists from across the globe.
It finds that the vast and growing consumption of food and resources by the global population is destroying the web of life, billions of years in the making, upon which human society ultimately depends for clean air, water and everything else.
If there was a 60% decline in the human population, that would be equivalent to emptying North America, South America, Africa, Europe, China and Oceania. That is the scale of what we have done.
This is far more than just being about losing the wonders of nature, desperately sad though that is,” he said. “This is actually now jeopardizing the future of people. Nature is not a ‘nice to have’ – it is our life-support system.
“We are rapidly running out of time,” said Prof Johan Rockström, a global sustainability expert at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research in Germany.
“Only by addressing both ecosystems and climate do we stand a chance of safeguarding a stable planet for humanity’s future on Earth.”
The Living Planet Index, produced for WWF by the Zoological Society of London, uses data on 16,704 populations of mammals, birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians, representing more than 4,000 species, to track the decline of wildlife.
Between 1970 and 2014, the latest data available, populations fell by an average of 60%. Four years ago, the decline was 52%. The “shocking truth”, is that the wildlife crash is continuing unabated.
Wildlife and the ecosystems are vital to human life. Nature contributes to human wellbeing culturally and spiritually,as well as through the critical production of food, clean water, and energy, and through regulating the Earth’s climate, pollution, pollination and floods.
The biggest cause of wildlife losses is the destruction of natural habitats, much of it to create farmland and so-called tourist development. Almost 75% of all land on Earth is now significantly affected by human activities.
Chemical pollution is also significant: half the world’s killer whale populations are now doomed to die from PCB contamination. Global trade introduces invasive species and disease, with amphibians decimated by a fungal diseasethought to be spread by the pet trade.
The worst affected region is South and Central America,which has seen an 89% drop in vertebrate populations,largely driven by the felling of vast areas of wildlife-rich forest. In the tropical rain forest, an area the size of Greater Londonis cleared every two months.
The habitats suffering the greatest damage are rivers and lakes, where wildlife populations have fallen 83%, due to the enormous thirst of agriculture and the large number of dams.
The world’s nations are working towards a crunch meetingof the UN’s Convention on Biological Diversity in 2020.
We can no longer ignore the impact of current unsustainable production models and wasteful lifestyles.

Recycling Plastic was Never really Possible
Head to the kitchen, open your fridge and cupboards, and take out everything that’s made of plastic. The list goes like this – and that’s just one room!
Bags of pasta, rice, bottles of olive oil or soy sauce, blocks of cheese, cartons of milk and juice, packaging around meat and fish, bags of spinach is the new normal.
Even two-packs of avocados, or cherry tomatoes, herb and spice jars, washing up liquid bottles, sponges, everything is part of the $100 billion plus industry.
The news that the British government in London is considering changing the way plastic is recycled in England has prompted questions about how exactly it is recycled, the answer to which is not very effectively at all.
Of all that plastic you found in your kitchen, two thirds cannot be recycled. Even the thermal paper your shopping receipts are usually printed on contain BPA and cannot be recycled.
Apart from that, 70% of potentially recyclable plastic in Europe ends up in landfill, in oceans or are incinerated, leading to the release of devastatingly harmful toxins into the environment.
Meanwhile our marine life is fast becoming extinct, our air is so polluted that limits and benchmarks are becoming laughable, natural disasters are more devastating than ever and, of course, the planet is hurtling ever closer to “disastrous” levels of global warming.
Plastic – unlike glass or metal – cannot be recycled infinitely, and after a handful of times it will be discarded, where it will take centuries to degrade. One single water bottle will remain on the planet in some form for a minimum of 450 years.
It’s clear that something needs to change, and it’s not about recycling. If we want to truly address the devastating impactof single-use plastic the answer is simple: governments must focus on stopping its production entirely.
Single-use plastics should be immediately banned, or at the very least heavily taxed. This is not radical: the British government legislates against self-inflicted danger all the time.
Plastic bags, straws and disposable coffee cups are a start, but until the manufacturing of single-use plastic is truly penalized, we won’t be able to end this horror show.
Living a sustainable life should not be a left-field choice for the elite, it should be the norm for us all. The onus is on political leaders to make it impossible to profit from manufacturing single-use plastics.
Recycling is not a solution to our plastic problem: it’s just an easy cop-out for cowardly governments, greedy corporations and pointless consumers to hide behind

APC Aanleg verboden Zandweg naast Morena Jan-Thiel
Het pensioenfonds van Curacao, voorheen beter bekend als APNA heeft als doel lokale beleggingen te financieren die moeten bijdragen aan de algemene ontwikkeling van het eiland en haar bevolking.
Met het pensioengeld van de bevolking wordt goed geld verdient, mede omdat de arrogante instelling herhaaldelijk de bijbehorende regelgeving aan haars laars lapt.
Een goed voorbeeld hiervan is de misdadige situatie bij Morena resort op Jan Thiel. Beroeps misdadigers mochten er voor zorgdragen dat Morena ter kwader trouw een bouwvergunning kreeg toegewezen om in wettelijk beschermd Conserveringgebied te bouwen en ontwikkelen.
De allereerste bewoner op Jan Thiel heeft dit allemaal aan de levende lijve mogen ervaren, waarbij correspondentie met APNA strutureel werd ontspoort door de zakengelastigden zetelend op het hoofdkantoor te Curacao.
Uit nader onderzoek is daarom gebleken dat APNA na ontvangst van miljoenen aan smeergeld (erfpacht genaamd) en met behulp van corrupte politici D*ROV de bouwvergunningen voor Fase I en Fase II liet verstrekken.
Daarom zorgde Cooper en andere bekende politici ervoor dat een tijdelijk zandweg pal tegenover het huis van de eerste bewoner op Vista Royal werd neergezet, om zodoende de geluidshinder optimaal in te vullen om de levenskwaliteit opzettelijk en ter kwader trouw te ondermijnen.
De zaak zal bij de Ombusman aangeboden worden om de illegale praktijken nader te bestuderen en waarmogelijk aan inhoudelijk te pakken.
Het kan niet zo zijn dat APC op Curacao zomaar entiteiten omkoopt om daar onrechtmatige handelingen aan te verbinden om een belasting ontwijkende toeristen industrie van neven inkomsten te voorzien.
Sinds de PAR haar intreden deed op het politieke toneel van Curacao is de levenskwaliteit van de burgers afgenomen, met als klap op de vuurpijl hogere werkeloosheid en meer armoede. Fox News reporteerde hier nog over.
Inmiddels wonen er meer buitenlanders op Curacao. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de huidige regering, die niet vies is van om mensenhandel voor lage loonslaven mogelijk te maken voor de toeristen industrie.

Jaloesi Tennisbanen op Montana
Na het afronden van de bouw van een dubieus appartementen complex te Jaloesi op Montana, werden kort daarna twee tennisbanen neergezet wat betaald werd met publiek (belasting) geld.
Voor het sociale project werd volgens ingewijden fl.600.000 geinvesteerd. Bij navraag bleek dat de twee tennisbanen maximaal fl.60.000 zouden kosten, waarbij de aanleg van klinkers en een mislukt monument daar nog fl.100.000 bij kwam.
Het is werkelijk schandalig hoe er op Curacao met belastinggeld wordt omgesprongen. Ook voor de toeristen industrie worden er honderden miljoenen aan publiek geld uitgegeven, met no return of investment.
Dit wordt allemaal oogluikend goedgekeurd door de PAR/MAN regering, waarbij dit onder toezicht van het dictatoriale Cft wordt toegestaan.
Omdat de toeristen industrie amper belastinggeld of lokale werk gelegenheid oplevert in verband met toegewezen ‘tax holidays’, goedgekeurd door de private Centrale Bank van het eiland op Scharloo, blijkt de return on investment nihiel, waarbij zijdelings de staatskas door buitenlandse entiteiten, zoals de CAP wordt leeggeroofd.
Omdat de regering in Den Haag alle touwtjes in handen heeft blijkt de zogenaamde ontwikkeling op Curacao eenzijdig en rascistish van aard.
Minimimum lonen worden anderzijds wel bevroren teneinde de belastingontwijkende entiteiten grotere winsten te laten boeken en daarom een enorme kapitaalvlucht tot stand brengt.
Deportatie van kansloze landskinderen en hun families is hiervan het ongewenste resultaat. Zij worden namelijk vervangen door goedkopere arbeidskrachten (mensenhandel) uit de regio, zodat de hebzuchtige entiteiten eindeloze belastingvrije winsten mogen opstrijken.
Het gevolg is onoverzichtelijk gebleken, waarbij politieke randfiguren die dit misdadige verschijnsel proberen te bestrijden in de gevangenis of op het kerkhof belanden?
Anderen die dit fascitische schrikbewind proberen te veranderen en te bestrijden worden bij de MOT aangegeven, zodat de belasting dienst (BAB) het Zwaard van Damocles kunnen gebruiken op deze monddood te houden.
De zwaar vervuilende toeristen industrie zorgt voor een cultuur verschuiving, waarbij een KLM/TUI bezoeker retour vanuit Schiphol evenveel CO2 uitstoot en bijdraagt als een V8 automobile die a 30.000 km p/j zes jaar lang rondrijdt.
Curacao wordt dus uitgebuit en onder de voet gelopen door misdadige entiteiten, die de lokale politici omkopen teneinde de juiste vergunningen te bemachtigen, waarbij de regelgeving conform dit model wordt aangepast onder het motto van moderne ontwikkeling.
Roven en plunderen noemt men dan voor het gemak, zaken doen en handel drijven met de publieke eigendommen van een ander.
Tourbussen op Curacao
Tourbussen dienen een hindervergunning aan te vragen als zij op de openbare weg anderen hinder of geluidsoverlast aan doen.
Conform Hinderverordening Curacao 1994 behoren milieu belastende ativiteiten anders dan inrichtingen worden aangewezen als volgt ;
- Alle activiteiten die gebezigd worden door de inrichtingen vermeld in artikel 1, die echter niet plaatsgebonden zijn of elders plaatsvinden dan de lokatie van de inrichting,
- Activiteiten die niet onder artikel 1 bedoeld, waarvan redelijkerwijs verwacht kan worden dan het milieu daardoor nadelig belast wordt.
Hierdoor dienen ook Tourbussen bedrijven een hindervergunning te hebben.
Tevens is conform artikel 33 van de Landsverordering Openbare Orde verboden om op de openbare weg anderen hinder of overlast aan te doen.
Verder verkopen de touristen bus bedrijven valse propaganda door de passagiers te foppen met dat er bij Jan Thiel ezels en geiten in de mondi zouden lopen, maar de enige ezels die er te bespeuren vallen zitten toch echt achter het stuur van deze tourbussen.
Hoe dan ook wordt de ergste woon terreur geleverd door onnozele recreanten die te pas en te onpas de buurt onveilig maken.
Gemotoriseerde voertuigen spannen echter op Zaterdagavond de Kroon, door met grote groepen massaal zonder geluidsdemper door Vista Royal heen touren van 23.00-04.00 uur.
Deze groep gewetenloze kanslozen hebben het voor het zeggen op Jan Thiel an andere lokaties op Curacao. De politie staat sinds jaar en dag erbij en kijkt er naar, zonder effectief op te treden.
Pirate’s Nest Curacao
Volgens ingwijden werd de bouw van Pirate’s Nest bij Caracasbaai zonder een daarvoor geldende vergunning uitgevoerd. Om de ware feiten te achterhalen diende de natuurstichting Crickey een LOB verzoek in.
Na de voltooing van de bouw werd er een houten omheining geplaatst die de zogenaamde privacy en veiligheid van de bezoekers moest garanderen.
Helaas werd in de praktijk de afscherming gebruikt om de illegale kap van mangroven te verbergen. Als arrogante klap op de vuurpijl werd de beplanting langs het voetpad ook zomaar weggekapt om ruimte te maken voor enkele parkeer extra plaatsen.
Het is daarom schandalig, maar vooral onacceptabel dat men op Curacao dit allemaal toelaat, zonder de wisselede eigenaren ter verantwoording te roepen.
Het LOB verzoek zal moeten aantonen in hoeverre de regering en/of eigenaren aansprakelijk kunnen worden gesteld.

Tafelberg
Uit ingediende LOB verzoeken (2016 en 2018) wordt het niet duidelijk ofdat er wordt afgegraven zonder bijbehorende mijnvergunning!
De Tafelberg kent de meest hoogstwaardige fosfaat ter wereld, deze AAA wordt voorts gemengd met minderwaardig fosfaat uit Marokko, en voor AAA verkocht door de uitbaters.
Bekend uit de geschiedenis boeken is evenwel, dat dhr John Godden reeds in 1875, met de toenmalige particuliere eigenaren van plantage Santa Barbara een concessie van 99 jaar (erfpachtrecht) is overeengekomen om de Tafelberg voor fosfaat te ontginnen.
Deze fosfaatwinning werd in 1979 stopgezet. Het landgoed werd in 1989 aangekocht door CITCO, terwijl de mijn maatschappij in 1990 werd aangekocht door het bouwconcern Janssen de Jong Groep uit NL.
De Janssen de Jong Groep uit NL heeft de ontginning verder voortgezet, het verzoek om inzage te krijgen over de vergunning aanvraag (LOB) zal in 2024 wederom ingediend worden.
Uit onderzoek is gebleken dat de familie Smeets rijker is dan alle Amerikaanse miljardairs bij elkaar! Geschat aantoonbare vermogen in assets is ruim $1.5 trillion! Deze informatie is voor iederen te vinden op het internet.
De familie Smeets vertegenwoordigd nu met CITCO in Amsterdam, onder andere ook de Walmart keten in de VS/USA. De Walton familie is ook zeer rijk geworden uit de verkoop van produkten voor de consument. Bijna alles is dan ook verkrijgbaar in Wal Mart.

Nederlandse Toeristen Overspoelen en Bezetten Stranden op Curacao
Volgens onlangs vrijgegeven cijfers van het CTB komt meer dan de helft van alle toeristenb overnachtigingen op Curacao voor rekening van een bezoeker uit Nederland.
Ondanks dit bijzonder aanzienlijk belang blijft de staatskas leeg, en zal de belasting dienst andere maatregelen moeten treffen met betrekking tot dit tegenstrijdige fenomeen.
Dit jaar kondigde de PAR dictatuur nog meer eenzijdige maatregelen aan, wat de gemeenschap verder naar de rand van de afgrond zal leiden. Het bekende verhaal zonder moraal.
Alles bij elkaar zijn bezoekers uit het Koninkrijk verantwoordelijk voor ruim 53% van alle overnachtigingen. De publieke stranden van Curacao worden overspoeld met toeristen en laten op deze wijze weinig ruimte over voor de lokale bewoners.
De meeste stranden op Curacao vallen onder het beheer van hotels en resorts, waarbij toegang alleen nog mogelijk blijkt na betaling. De andere stranden werden in strijd met algemeen publiekrecht maar aan het CTB overhandigd.
Reeds eerder streek het CTB met goedkeuring van dictatoriale Cft nog alle “Roomtax” op. Hierdoor stegen de armoede en werkeloosheid evenredig met de groei van de toeristen industrie.
Deze negen aangewezen stranden zullen nu geexploiteerd gaan worden door CTB ondernemers die tegen betaling de verdere openbare toegang tot de zee onmogelijk zullen gaan maken. Deze ondernemers zullen tegen een vergoeding de stranden zelf gaan indelen, met als gevolg dat de stranden inhoudelijk niet meer openbaar blijven.
De Amerikaanse toeristen, gezamelijk goed voor 30.000 overnachtigingen verblijven meestal in hun hotel en zijn goed voor 10% van de algemene kamerbezetting. De Colombianen zijn goed voor 5% van de totale bezoekers op Curacao.
Evenals de cruiseschepen zorgen de toeristen voor veel afval, wat in de mondi en de zee gedumpt wordt. Curacao beschikt niet over een afvalverwerkings installatie.Daardoor blijft de carbon footprint van de toerist explosief stijgen, zonder dat daar wat zinnigs voor tegenover wordt gesteld.
De koralen en stranden zorgen voor veel toerisme wat eilandgebied per saldo niet ten goede komt. De lokale bewoners worden verplicht om afvalbelasting aan Selikor te betalen, maar de grootste (bezoekende) vervuilers van Curacao hoeven dit (nog) niet.
Het heffen van een simpele carbon footprint belasting kan dit probleem tegemoet komen en grotendeels oplossen, zodat de vervuiler evenredig betaald.
Als het publieke belasting geld wordt gebruikt om de toeristishe infrastructuur op te bouwen, dan behoort de burger daar dividend over te ontvangen, zoals dat bij het Alaska experiment het geval is.

Curacao Mass Tourism Impoverishes Local Community
Curacao is small sunny Caribbean island along the coast of Venezuela. Although it lies in Venezuelan territorial waters, the Dutch rule the ABC-Islands from from top to toe.
The Dutch international enterprises need the island as their trade hub to the Latin American continent, accounting for 20% of all the attributable inflows, followed by the USA with 17% in 2014.
The Netherlands is currently the largest single investor in South America, accounting for 20% of all attributable inflows, followed by the USA with 17% in 2014, while China represents 6% of the regions total FDI.
The Dutch military bases and migrant police forces serve to control the entire society by force, while corrupted politicians sign all the necessary contracts for the Dutch colonial ruler in order to keep a tide grip on the geo-political issues.
The airport and shipping ports are the two most critical tools used to dominate the trade flows out and into South America. The Dutch Navy is used to protect the oil refineries.
In order to disguise the geo-political agenda, the Dutch have introduced the tax evading tourism industry to recolonize the islands with their employees which control the bars, restaurants and hotels in Curacao.
The development of mass tourism bankrupted the local tax paying society, using local tax money to finance the needed tourist infrastructure. Most of the beaches have been confiscated and/or assigned to hotels or other evil carbon footprint entities.
The overall situation leads to the only jobs left for the local community to profit from, which are found in the tourism sector for Cooks, bus drivers and roadside maintenance workers.
The so-called autonomy is a major deception !!
With the Dutch controlled media covering up the facts in order to glorify the covert invasion of properties and lands previously owned by the local taxpayers of Curacao.
Tourism causes a super large carbon footprint, because the industry is dependent on aviation and uses the most pristine locations on the Dutch Caribbean ABC islands.

Brazilian President wants to Chop Down Amazon Rainforest
Brazil’s recently CIA backed elected president, Jair Bolsonaro, represents what many consider to be the far-right ideologies of nationalism, corporatism, and indifference toward the environment, culture and the poor.
The new Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro’s agenda is to put the Amazon Rainforest lands on the auction block for logging, mining, and agro-businesses, and forcing the indigenous population to assimilate intoBrazilian urban society.
Bolsonaro has been quoted as saying that ‘minorities will have to adapt or simply disappear.’ This is not so much different in fervor to the genocidal agenda of Western Colonial powers in concert with the Roman Catholic Church spoken about in recent articles
Are we truly better off fighting against such inhumane policies, or should we endeavor to collectively rise above them?
But whatever boon to the nation Bolsonaro might bring to the citizens of Brazil, it will surely come at a cost.
In keeping with the idea that there is no money to be made through the supportof indigenous cultures continuing to live within their traditional environments.
Bolsonaro’s creepy vision is to move Brazil further towards a prototypical Western Capitalistic society.
Since his election on October 28, he’s announced a merging of the ministries of agriculture and the environment into a new “super ministry” to oversee his evil plan.
The new ministry will be headed by politicians from the “beef caucus,” a group of lawmakers who have historically opposed indigenous land conservation, supported agricultural expansion, and attempted to relax slave labor laws.
The Awakening Community is slowly starting to rise above the polarity of our politics, and see that it is simply a ‘false choice’ meant to keep us dividedagainst each other and further the program of our enslavement.
We might be better off getting past that and getting clear that it is the entire political system that is at fault here, and what is needed is to have more and more people recognize where the solutions lie so that it no longer becomes desirable–or possible–to put extremists in positions of power.
