Galactic Federation Headquarters on Planet Earth?
A declassified document from the CIA, dated 1988 but released nearly a decade later shows a remote viewing session attempting to look into one of the headquarters of the Galactic Federation presumably on Earth.
The CIA in conjunction with Stanford University operated a program known as STARGATE to investigate ‘paranormal’ abilities and phenomena that some humans are capable of, and perhaps all of us are capable of.
One of the programs under the STARGATE umbrella was the remote viewing program.
Remote viewing is the ability to describe a remote location, regardless of distance and ones proximity to the target, from a given location independent of the target.
So basically, if you had this ability you could accurately “see” what’s on the back side of the Moon, if anything, or you could see what’s inside a specific building in another country if you were given the coordinates.
The U.S. government program ran for approximately 25 years before it was declassified and supposedly ‘shut down.’
From the literature that has been made available, the program was clearly very successful and the remote viewing phenomenon was quite useful for the intelligence community.
A paper published one year after the declassification of the program by one of the programs co-founders Dr. Harold (Hal) Puthoff in the Journal of Scientific Exploration states the following ;

What do we use our new discoveries for? What’s our intention? Do we use them to advance the human experience and for the good of all people, or something else?
This is why solutions that do pop up in various fields, like clean energy technology for example, are never implemented.
It’s safe to assume that the entire program and its contents was not declassified, and this seems evident from the testimony of multiple CIA/military remote viewers that were are a verifiable part of the program for many years.
One common theme among many of the viewers is their heavy interest in the extraterrestrial phenomenon. Why? Did their experience in the remote viewing program influence this heavy belief and interest? Is there something we haven’t been told?

He specifically referenced the “Galactic Federation” emphasizing how they are waiting for humanity to evolve, and that we are not quite ready for contact.
Extraterrestrial bases that are on Earth, and there are approximately five. They are all inside of mountains and that at some of these bases humans are working with these extraterrestrials in various ways.
Lyn Buchanan is not the only viewer to mention these bases and extraterrestrials, as Ingo Swann told many fascinating stories in his book, Penetration: The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy. Furthermore, Joseph Mcmoneagle was another individual who had experience in remote viewing an extraterrestrial presence.

The lost city of Dwarka was found 120 feet underwater in the Gulf of Cambay/Cambhat off the western coast of India.
The total length of the city is 7 to 8 km’s and it is 3 to 4 km’s wide. After carbon testing this city, it was found that this city is between 7000-9500 Years old.
The most amazing thing about this underwater city is that all the human remains are still intact. Dwarka has been mentioned in Indian ancient scriptures and because it is also linked to Lord Krishna’s life, many people have been interested in knowing the facts.
Even the scientists are doing research have been very surprised with the findings. What’s surprising them the most is that these findings from Dwarka city are more than 5000 years old from many ancient sites that have been found in the past.

Scientists had divided Dwarka into two parts. Bet Dwarka is the area near the water’s surface where Lord Krishna is said to have lived with his family.

In this excavation of Dwarka many mud vessels, temple bells, artifacts were found. These artifacts appear to be from a temple or city, and carbon dating indicates that they date from 7,200 BC, or the Prehistoric period.
At the time of research scientists also found a massive man made wall of about 550 Meters, that has been unearthed at the time of low tide and can be easily seen.
As per Oceanology, Experts claims that some portion near Bet-Dwarka which is now underwater was submerged into the water at a later stage, but not at the same time as the main city of Dwarka.
Through research it was found that because this area was very near to the coast there have been signs of recent construction there and it goes back to as recent as around 3500 to 1500 BC similar to the time of the late Harappan civilization.
The main Dwarka city is still underwater in 2 or 3 km’s deep into the sea. It is believed that this is from where Lord Krishna administered his kingdom.
It is revealed from the carbon dating of artifacts found here that it is almost 7500-9000 years old and went underwater due to a 5000 year old tsunami.
Scientists found many copper bells, vessels there which may used for ritualistic purposes during olden days. Scientists also found some strange structures made of iron near Dwarka which have been sent to a lab in for further testing.
After all of this, there are many artifacts and objects that are still lying underwater, and further investigation might be conducted on them.
The first excavation was done in 1930 and the location was found, after which due to some reason the research was completely stopped.
After 1930, the next research started around 1969-70 in which lots of information was found, but once again the research was stopped by the archaeologists.
And the most recent investigation began in 2002, with scientists using more equipment than in 1970, and they discovered plenty of unexpected and astonishing revelations, but this exploration was also halted by the central government.
It is very surprising that even after getting so much evidence why the research team stopped their work and why such an important site is not being researched properly?
The world still doesn’t know the complete truth behind Dwarka and is very eager to know the same.
Wouldn’t it be appropriate if the Government of India established a crew of archaeologists and gave them the freedom to explore the Dwarka site so that the truth might be revealed?

Venezuela was one of three countries that emerged from the collapse of Gran Colombia in 1830 and was separated from Ecuador and New Granada, which became Colombia.
For most of the first half of the 20th century, Venezuela was ruled by US promoted military strongmen whom helped to confiscate the oil industry, but allowed for some humanitarian social reforms.

This freedom trend continued in 2018 when Nicolas MADURO claimed the presidency for his second term in an election boycotted by US-backed opposition parties and typically viewed as fraudulent.
The last so-called democratically elected institution was the 2015 National Assembly. The president of the 2015 National Assembly, Juan GUAIDO is currently recognized by several countries – including the USA – as the interim president of Venezuela.
However, president Maduro is recognized by most countries. In 2020, legislative elections were held for a new National Assembly, which the US-based opposition boycotted and which were condemned as fraudulent.
The resulting assembly is viewed by Juan Guaido, most opposition parties, and many international actors, such as Spain and Italy as illegitimate.
In November 2021, most opposition parties broke a three-year election boycott to participate in mayoral and gubernatorial elections, despite Zionist created sub-conditions.

Worsened living conditions have prompted over 6 million Venezuelans to migrate, mainly settling in nearby countries. The US regime has imposed financial and industrial sanctions on the Latin American country.

Germany to Legalize Cannabis, as second Country after Malta in Europe
The new German coalition government has said is that it would allow the controlled sale of cannabis to adults for recreational purposes in licensed shops.
The announcement has brought the cannabis market to new heights and raised serious concerns among other European countries.
The proposal to establish a regulated market for adult sale and consumption of marijuana and to promote a broader drug policy, including regulated and taxed dispensaries, quality controls and effective youth protection laws.
The center-left government led by Olaf Scholz, a Social Democrat who replaced the longtime center-right chancellor Angela Merkel, works in coalition with the progressive Greens and the pro-business Free Democrats.
Former Chancellor Merkel’s Christian Democrat party had blocked the proposal for years.
Although no timetable has been set for the introduction of legislation, the plan could still turn out to be a game-changing precedent for the global business of growing and selling marijuana, one that will be closely watched by other countries toying with liberalizing their drug laws.
While not illegal to consume cannabis under current German law, purchasing the drug is outlawed.
A contradictory position as in other European countries including the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain, where possession of small amounts of cannabis can still be a civil infraction at the same time that it’s available in tolerated coffee shops or cannabis social clubs.
The plan, which would open a significant market for growers and dealers, includes a reevaluation of the new law and its repercussions after four years.
Germany would be the largest nation in the world to legalize cannabis after Uruguay, Canada, Malta and 18 states in the Unites States.
De-criminalisation, according to the Financial Times could deliver a net benefit to the state of €4.7 billion a year, including €2.8 billion in tax revenues and €1.36 billion in savings on police and legal costs.
The German initiative follows that of Malta, the European Union’s smallest member state, which last week became the first European Union country to legalize the use and growth of marijuana for recreational purposes.
The Malta government said that the new law was aimed at ending the criminalization of people for smoking the drug and at reducing criminal trafficking.
The law passed by parliament now awaits the president’s signature, which is considered a formality. It allows people to carry up to seven grams of marijuana, grow up to four plants in their apartments and keep up to 50 grams of dried cannabis at home.
It would still prohibited to consume cannabis in public, with higher fines for violations when minors are present and fines from €50 to €100 for people carrying between seven and 28 grams.
The German and Maltese decisions are likely to be followed by other members of the Union.

Is the Ark of the Covenant kept in Ethiopia
The Ark of the Covenant was definitely real and was a part of the tabernacle, being placed in the Holy of Holies behind the curtain. It will include articles from three Bible Dictionaries that will give you some information.
There has been much speculation over the location of the Ark of the Covenant. The Ark—whose design was given by God to Moses—was constructed of acacia wood plated with gold and contained the two stone tablets with the Ten Commandments inscribed on them.
It was built during the Exodus and was in the holy place of the Tabernacle. Later it was placed in the Holy of Holies in the Temple Solomon built.
Central to Temple worship, it would be sprinkled with blood once a year on Yom Kippur—the Day of Atonement—first for the sins of the high priest and then for the sins of the nation of Israel.
But where is it now, and when was it removed from the Temple? There have been many reports as to its location, including television specials and feature films. Some speculate it was taken to Ethiopia.
Others say it was carried off to Rome. Still others claim it was stolen by Babylon and taken there. However, none of the people who claim to know where it went have ever seen it.
I have spoken with two rabbis and a Temple Mount expert who have gone on record as having been to the location of the Ark of the Covenant. Rabbi Yehuda Meir Getz was for decades the rabbi of the Western Wall in Jerusalem.
Rabbi Shlomo Goren was the first head of the Military Rabbinate of the Israel Defense Forces and the first to offer prayer at the Western Wall following the reunification of Jerusalem in 1967. He also started a training center for future priests.
According to ancient records, the Queen of Sheba ruled the Ethiopian region in about 1,000 BC. This was the same Queen of Sheba that the Bible tells us traveled to Israel to meet King Solomon.
According to tradition, the Queen of Sheba and King Solomon conceived a child who grew up to be King Menelik, the first in an unbroken dynasty of Ethiopian rulers.
Remarkably, a number of ancient texts record this tradition, including a 14th century document known as the ‘The Glory of the Kings’ that says Solomon and Sheba had a son named Menelik who later returned to Ethiopia with his family and the Ark of the Covenant.
While we don’t know whether this claim is true, we do know that generations of Ethiopians fervently believe it to be true.
We also know that for centuries, certain Ethiopian tribes have practiced ancient rituals very similar to those of Old Testament Israel and explicitly claim descent from the tribes of Israel.
In recent years, modern genetic testing has validated some of these claims. For example, an Ethiopian group known as the Beta Israel – or, House of Israel — was officially recognized by the Israeli government in 1973.
The Gefat—another isolated Ethiopian tribe estimated at twenty to thirty thousand people—lives further south in the rural countryside.
The Gefat have faithfully observed Jewish laws and customs for hundreds of years. In fact, their name, Gefat, means the blowers, and according to their history, they were chosen by the kings of Ethiopia centuries ago to blow a special horn known as the shofar ahead of the Ark of the Covenant in official processionals.
The Ark of the Covenant is an ornate box carrying Moses’s copy of the Ten Commandments on tablets of stone, the rod of Aaron, and pieces of the manna that miraculously appeared to sustain the Israelite tribes in the wilderness.
The Ark served as the centerpiece of worship and religious life for the tribes of Israel from the time of the Exodus until the Babylonian destruction of Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem in 586 BC.
The fate of the Ark of the Covenant is one of the great mysteries of history. Was it destroyed beyond recognition when the Babylonians demolished the Jerusalem temple? Was it carried away by the Babylonians and the gold melted down?
Or was it secretly whisked away from Jerusalem by courageous priests? No one really knows for sure. Nevertheless, almost 45 million Orthodox Christian Ethiopians firmly believe that the Ark of the Covenant was taken, almost 3,000 years ago, to Ethiopia.

Our local system of Satania contains over 2,000 brilliant suns within a radius of 80 ly and is located somewhere within this distance.
Inhabiting the centre of galaxies are those Elders termed Masters and Celestial Beings – they can clearly create and inhabit their own Collective Starship, in fact their ‘ship’ is who they are (unity is unity).
These Elders travel between galaxies and help where necessary and have the capability to influence and direct Source plan for continued evolution.
The Association of Worlds, or (United) Federation of Planets, is a group of physical and non-physical beings from many realms who come together for a number of purposes. Some have called them a galactic confederation or federation.
There is no hierarchical structure or authority inherent in the Association. The primary purposes for their interactions with Earth are
(1) to gently nudge humanity toward a greater awareness of itself and its place within the Association and (2) to prevent a critical number of nuclear explosions on Earth, which can cause a rip in the fabric of space/time, affecting the galactic neighborhood.
They have absolutely no intention now of evacuating anyone from Earth under any conditions. They understand the absolute necessity for the human race to become responsible for itself.
Please note that Association of Worlds and Federation of Planets are only two ways to denominate the same organization. Being an extraterrestrial organization, the original name of the organization is of course not an English one.
Both expressions are merely two different English ‘translations’ of one and the same name, of one and the same organization.
In more recent times, there has been a resurgence of aggressive colonization, by some Grey and Reptilian groups. This had led to a schism within the Federation. The Federation still tends to stick to a non-intervention rule.
The breakaway group partially disagrees. They state that non-intervention only works when nobody intervenes. If another party does, however, intervene, then standing by and letting them intervene makes you an accomplice to their intervention by allowing it to happen.

In a bid to bounce back after the 2020 pandemic restrictions that sent many airlines into bankruptcy, companies across the aviation industry are competing to find the most reliable and efficient low-carbon jet fuel.
The fuel alternative response came after international and consumer pressure, particularly following the recent COP26 summit.
In 2019, CO2 emissions from the commercial aviation industry totaled 918 million metric tonnes, up 29% from 2013.
This figure is expected to rise sharply in the coming decades, with emissions tripling over the next 30 years if passenger travel continues to grow at its current rate, increasing by around 300% between 1990 and 2019.
Now, with pressure from international organizations, governments, and environmental activists, airlines are finally looking to de-carbonize in line with country aims for net-zero.
In October, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced its plan for net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, following several similar pledges from European and U.S. airlines.
One of the biggest difficulties in de-carbonizing is the need to reduce carbon emissions at the same time as passenger numbers increase, meaning more flights every year, with an anticipated 10 billion people flying annually by 2050.

Historical Armenian quarters in the Old City of Jerusalem turned into Luxury Resort
A shady property deal threatens to transform part of the 700 year-old Armenian Quarter in Jerusalem’s Old City into a luxury resort. It will change the status quo and the entire picture of Jerusalem, says Armenian activist Hagop Djernazian.
While Palestinians have long fought against land theft, Jerusalem’s centuries-old Armenian community is now facing their own land rights’ crisis as a property deal threatens to transform part of their neighborhood into a luxury resort.
In July 2021, the Armenian Patriarchate leased approximately 25% of the Armenian Quarter in occupied East Jerusalem’s Old City to an Australian-Israeli investor for 99 years.
The land deal received renewed attention in April when it was discovered that the contracted area, known as Hadiqat Al-Baqar (The Garden of Cows), includes homes of five Armenian families, the Armenian seminary, and a parking lot.
The area leased is a historical land, which the Armenians have owned for 700 years, Armenian activist, Hagop Djernazian, told Mondoweiss. It’s a strategic area located on the highest point in the Old City.
The contract was reportedly signed by Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem Archbishop Nourhan Manougian, Grand Sacristan Archbishop Sevan Gharibian, and then-director of the Patriarchate’s real estate department, Fr. Baret Yeretsian.
Yet following the deal’s publicity, Manougian denied responsibility and pinned the blame on Yeretsian — claiming the agreement occurred without his full knowledge.
Yeretsian was defrocked and has since fled to Los Angeles, while Manougian has confined himself to the convent as residents protest weekly outside demanding the deal be revoked. The Armenian Patriarchate declined to comment for this story.
As an Armenian, the church is our home, Djernazian said. Unfortunately now the relations between the community and the church are no longer the same as in the past because this deal violated the constitution of the church.
Yeretsian wrote that deal was ratified by the Holy Synod, the church’s supervising body, and the General Assembly of the Saint James Brotherhood, a monastic order of Armenian national church, but according to twelve members of the brotherhood, this is incorrect.
Instead, they claim the deal was made without the Holy Synod and General Assembly’s consent, thereby nullifying the agreement. According to the church’s bylaws, all real estate transactions must be made with the Holy Synod and General Assembly’s approval.
Little is known about the contract and the investor involved — Danny Rothman. According to his LinkedIn profile, the businessman who also goes by Rubinstein, chairs Xana Capital Management, a United Arab Emirates-based hotel company.
In April, the firm’s sign appeared at the parking lot on the rented land. Rothman’s contact information isn’t available for any comment?
Lease documents haven’t been publicly unveiled nor listed in Israel’s land registry — raising the community’s suspicions that something more sinister is at play.
What is known is that Rothman plans to develop a high-end hotel on the plot, with One&Only Resorts managing it.
One&Only Resorts’ owner, the UAE-based Kerzner International, did not respond to requests for comment. Neither did Moshe Safdie, the Israeli architect reportedly designing the hotel.
Yet Armenians aren’t the only ones in uproar over the lease. In May, Jordan and the Palestinian Authority (PA) paused their recognition of the Patriarchate over the agreement.
On the political side, the deal undermines the possibility of any political solution to Jerusalem due to its strategic location, Dimitri Diliani, head of the Palestinian National Christian Coalition, told Mondoweiss.
On the cultural side, it affects the demographic and cultural mosaic balance of the city of Jerusalem in favor of one side at the expense of others.
In addition to freezing recognition, Diliani said the PA is also working to depose Manougian of his position. Outrage over the real estate agreement comes as Jerusalem’s Christians are experiencing heightened levels of violence from Jewish settlers.
According to Protecting Holy Land Christians, a campaign established by Christian leaders to raise awareness of threats the religious group faces, 2022 was one of the worst years for Christians in Jerusalem to date.
The organization cited spitting attacks, vandalism, and property theft as mechanisms of erasure.
Jerusalem’s shrinking Armenian community, which is estimated to be under 1,000, just a sliver of what the population was a century ago, fears a similar fate of displacement as well as part of their neighborhood was sold off to an outsider.

China is Embarking on its Biggest Rainmaking Project ever

China’s Silk Road Trade expands to over $600 billion in 2019
China’s trade with countries participating in its ambitious Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has been expanding and reached 4.24 trillion yuan ($617.5 billion) in the first half of this year.
Customs data showed trade with BRI countries for the period was up 9.7% year-on-year. It has outpaced the growth rate of China’s total trade, which remained stable at 3.9%.
Exports and imports with Russia and Egypt were up by 11%, while trade with Saudi Arabia rose to 34%.
China has inked agreements on BRI cooperation with 18 of the 22 Arab countries. In 2018, trade turnover between China and Arab states reached $244.3 billion, ballooning 28% year-on-year.
Dubbed the 21st century Silk Road project, the BRI was announced by Xi Jinping six years ago. Since then, Beijing has signed 173 agreements with 125 countries, including developed and developing countries, and 29 international organizations.
The multi-trillion-dollar initiative aims to boost connectivity and cooperation between Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America. Experts say it will significantly boost global commerce, cutting trading costs by half for the countries involved.
