All the costs of the infrastructure are coughed up by the impoverished local taxpayers, in order for the tourism industry to rake away the profits, evading local taxes. The carbon footprint of the plundering industry is the worst on planet Earth.

UNESCO also plays a important role in the Dutch settlement scheme, controlling some down town properties listed under their command and rulings. The scuba diving industry is silently destroying the underwater environment by overcapacity the reef and fish environment..
