The construction industry in Curacao mostly abuses illegal Venezuelans to cheaply build 24/7 houses/condos/hotels without respecting noise pollution and/or labor laws in AAA and other neighborhoods pocketing huge profits to become millionaires in a jiffy.

At the same time this huge scam provides involved mechanisms to launder money, creating speculation about the upgraded value of local properties (totaling *50k > 75k houses in 25 years).

Most of these houses/villas are rented out to settlers or leisure, leading to mass tourist invasions (* over one million per year) from the Netherlands, Brazil and the USA concurring CHATA and creating poverty among the local population forcing them to deport and migrate, while nature is getting ravished in return for the black labor market money heist.

Realtors and architects are the corner stone of this depopulation hoax. Only 40% of the local population still lives at home, while the remaining inhabitants legal and illegal consist out of Chinese, Dominican, Haitian, Colombian, Arab and Venezuelan communities.

The human trade rings are gambling and profiting from the capitalist formula, where the money of the poor ends up in the pockets of criminals and rich.
